You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unworn, unused, and returned with original packaging whenever possible.

If your order is not right for you, contact us so we can guide you through the return or exchange process.
Item Condition
Returned items must be clean, undamaged, and in resellable condition. For hygiene and quality reasons, worn jewelry may not be eligible for return.
How To Start
Email kailora.energy@gmail.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for return. We will reply with the next steps.
Refunds
After your return is received and inspected, eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees and international duties may be non-refundable.
