Shipping & Delivery

Clear delivery expectations for Kailora handmade jewelry, from preparation to dispatch and final arrival.

Order Preparation

Kailora pieces are prepared after your order is placed. Production and transfer to the Kailora operations center usually take 3–5 business days in total. Your order is checked before dispatch.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. During unusually busy periods, preparation may take longer; if a material delay affects your order, Kailora will contact you using the email provided at checkout.

United States Delivery After Dispatch

  • Standard Tracked Shipping: estimated 10–14 business days after dispatch.
  • Priority Tracked Shipping: estimated 7–10 business days after dispatch.

These delivery estimates begin after dispatch and do not include the 3–5-business-day preparation and transfer period. Carrier disruptions, severe weather, public holidays, remote destinations, or customs processing may affect the final arrival date.

United States Shipping Rates

  • After-discount merchandise subtotal of $79 or more: Standard Tracked Shipping is free.
  • After-discount merchandise subtotal below $79: Standard Tracked Shipping is $20.
  • Priority Tracked Shipping is $30 at all merchandise subtotals.

Shipping charges and taxes do not count toward the $79 threshold. The qualifying subtotal is calculated after discount codes are applied.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Carrier tracking may not update immediately after the parcel is handed over.

United States Customs and Import Charges

For orders delivered to the United States, Kailora covers applicable customs duties and import charges assessed during shipping or delivery, so customers should not be asked to pay an additional import charge upon delivery. Applicable sales tax is separate and may be calculated at checkout.
