Kailora pieces are handmade and prepared with care. Because our process may involve handmade production, transfer from Tibet to our Hangzhou operations center, final checking, and international dispatch, shipping may take longer than mass-produced jewelry.
Estimated Ship-Out Time
Because many pieces are handmade and then transferred from Tibet to our Hangzhou operations center for final checking and dispatch, orders are usually shipped out within 7-10 days after purchase.
Estimated Delivery
After dispatch, most customers receive their package in approximately 14-21 days. Delivery times may vary due to destination country, customs processing, carrier schedules, holidays, and local delivery conditions.
Tracking Updates
When tracking is available, you will receive a tracking link by email after your order ships. Please allow 24-72 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.
If Your Package Has Not Arrived
If you have not received your package within 30 days, please contact us at kailora.energy@gmail.com with your order number. After confirmation, Kailora will arrange a reshipment when appropriate.
