CRAFT · CRYSTAL COMPOSITION

Selected for Character.
Assembled by Hand.

Kailora’s crystal jewelry focuses on selection, composition and hand assembly. Depending on the design, crystals and beads are paired with cord, metal or supporting stones before being arranged into a wearable sequence.

This section documents the design and assembly side of the work rather than mining, cutting or polishing the crystal itself. The value shown here is in how material character is selected, balanced and brought together by hand.

Hands and materials in a Kailora-related artisan craft process
01
MATERIAL CHARACTER

The piece begins with what the stone already contains.

Clarity, tone, inclusions, scale and surface are considered as part of the design rather than defects to hide.

HAND ASSEMBLY

The design becomes wearable through sequence and tension.

Beads and supporting elements are spaced, strung and tightened by hand according to the needs of each piece.

01

SELECT

Material character leads the design.

Crystals and beads are chosen for tone, scale, surface and how they work together.

Second stage of the handcraft process
02

COMPOSE

The sequence is considered before assembly.

Supporting beads, metal and cord are positioned to create a balanced whole.

03

STRING

Balance is built bead by bead.

Spacing and tension are adjusted continuously as the piece takes shape.

04

FINISH

The last details make the piece wearable.

Knots, closures and connections are tightened and inspected by hand.

CONNECTION · KAILORA

Natural Material, Personal Meaning.

Kailora does not need to promise a fixed result for every crystal in order to value the material.

We focus on character, symbolism and the personal intention a wearer may choose to bring to the finished piece.

Made in collaboration.
Worn as connection.
