What is Kailora?

Kailora is a Tibetan-inspired ritual jewelry brand rooted in Himalayan energy, sacred symbolism, and meaningful daily intention.

Are Kailora products religious artifacts or antiques?

Kailora pieces are Tibetan-inspired jewelry designs. Unless a product page clearly states otherwise, they are not presented as antique religious artifacts.

Do Kailora products guarantee protection, healing, luck, or wealth?

No. Kailora jewelry uses symbolic language such as protection, healing, balance, and abundance as cultural and personal intention references. Our jewelry does not guarantee spiritual, physical, medical, financial, or protective results.

Where do you ship from?

Each Kailora piece is handcrafted in Tibet and then transferred to the Kailora operations center before international shipment is arranged. Orders are shipped from our operations center in China to supported destinations.

How long does delivery take?

The estimated time for handcrafting and transfer to the Kailora operations center is usually about 3–5 days. After shipment is arranged, estimated international delivery is usually 14–21 business days for most supported destinations.

Are customs duties and import taxes covered?

Yes. Kailora covers applicable customs duties and import taxes for your order when they are charged during shipping or delivery. For questions about customs or import tax notices, please contact us at kailora.energy@gmail.com with your order number.

How can I track my order?

Tracking information is sent by email after your order ships. Tracking may take several days to update.

How should I care for my jewelry?

Keep your jewelry away from water, perfume, lotions, and harsh chemicals. Store it in a dry place when not worn.
