Return Window

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery if you would like to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned with their original packaging when possible.

How to Request a Return

Email kailora.energy@gmail.com with your order number, the email used at checkout, and clear photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Return Shipping

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the refund status. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method when possible.
